Waiver

All participants must read and complete the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement prior to participation.

An identical waiver will be reviewed and signed in person before departure.

• Each adult participant must complete their own waiver.

• A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver and Acknowledgement of Risk form for any minor participant.

• Participation is not permitted without a completed waiver.

If booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to ensure each participant completes the required documentation.
