The day (0800-1600) will cover:
Review of crag safety, systems checks, communication and belay systems.
PROTECTION PLACEMENT PRINCIPLES (morning)
lesson followed with practice and feedback.
LEAD STRATEGY, EQUIPMENT SELECTION & RACKING UP (afternoon)
lesson followed by mock leads and feedback.
HOW TO GAIN CONFIDENCE WHILE TRAD CLIMBING.
